Welcome to Simply Strong 208, a fitness space designed for moms who want to feel strong, confident, and energized—without the stress of fitting it all in.

I’m Erin Longmire, a personal trainer, a mom, and someone who understands the challenges of balancing self-care with motherhood. I created this community because I saw firsthand how hard it can be for moms to prioritize themselves while raising little ones. After having my own kids, I knew I needed a fitness approach that was realistic, effective, and sustainable—one that worked with my life, not against it.

That’s why I specialize in helping moms build strength, restore their core, and feel their best—whether at home, in the gym, or alongside their kids. My in-person training sessions take place in a kid-friendly space, where little ones are welcome to play while you work out. No need for a sitter—just come as you are and get moving in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

I also offer customized online training for women who want structured workouts but prefer to train at home or in their own gym. This program is designed around your unique needs, with weekly email check-ins to keep you on track and a monthly in-person session for hands-on coaching and progress updates (if you’re local). Whether you’re looking for guidance in-person or virtually, Simply Strong 208 makes it possible to build strength in a way that fits your life.
