Get customized, private coaching designed around your goals, whether you’re rebuilding strength postpartum or leveling up your fitness. Plus, bring your little ones along while you train!

2:1 Training (Train with a Friend!)

$25/hour

Want extra motivation? Grab a friend and train together in a semi-private session with personalized programming for both of you.

Small Group Training

$99/month

Join a supportive, strength-focused group where moms can train together while kids play. A fun, welcoming way to stay accountable and get stronger!

Online Coaching

$249/month

Prefer to work out at home or in your own gym? Get a customized training plan, weekly email check-ins, and a monthly in-person session (if local) for accountability and progress.
